Some evil thing on the porch.

Sid came out to find a new and threatening object crouched by the door.




It took a lot of sniffing and pawing before he determined it to be safe.



Charlie was not overly bothered.

    It is a boot brush with the head of a hedgehog. At least I think that's what it is. I don't know--dbd got it before he met me!

    unfortunately one's in the shape of a hedgehog and one the shape of a cat, it's not clear to me which is which. The site is enlightening though, it shows that thing I thought was some sort of insect frightener is actually a beetle boot jack and is intended to be decorative.
