I have a job!!!!!!!!

I have been in Canada since May, 2004, unable to work due to the straggling family court system in Ontario, and Immigration Canada's seemingly endless requests for documents that they already have.... I received my open work permit in the mail a week ago, and literally minutes later, I was asked to interview for a position at the local museum and archives. I interviewed, and voila, have a job! One that pays real money! And in the field of my choice! It is going to feel so good to be a productive citizen again, to do something worthwhile and meaningful. I have gotten really depressed and anxious about not being able to accomplish anything. Nice as a clean barn is, it isn't my life's ambition. To find a job in the field of my choice, and in the location of my choice, just minutes after receiving a work permit... I think something must be looking after me.
